Founded in 1964 as a nine-man operation in the
9,000 square foot tool shop, Alliance-Carolina now employs over 200
employees in 66,900 square feet of facilities |

In 1992, Alliance-Carolina was aquired from
Gleason Corporation by an investment group that was comprised of the company's
management team, key employees, and investors |
